Today, the conference “Nostalgia: Historicising the Longing for the Past” begins at the German Historical Institute London. It features keynote lectures by Constantine Sedikides and Achim Landwehr and includes panels on the theory of nostalgia as well as on political nostalgia, industrial nostalgia, media nostalgia and object nostalgia.  For more information please visit the conference blog.
